The Colombo Lotus Tower recently opened in Colombo, Sri Lanka’s capital. The building will soon get a casino and entertainment area. The casino and entertainment area will be located across the second floor of the building, and according to media reports, it will be operated by Create Design Pte Limited, a company from Singapore.
Sri Lanka’s tourism minister, Diana Gamage, told a news conference last Friday that Lotus Tower Management will receive $1.4 million a year if the deal with the Singapore company is signed. It is not yet known whether the company will operate the casino.
What we do know is that the initial agreement will last for 10 years. Gamage added that the agreement will enable the Colombo Lotus Tower to develop trade, investment and tourism activities between Singapore and Sri Lanka.
The casino and entertainment area will be the 11th tallest building in Asia and the 19th tallest building in the world, covering more than 44,000 square feet. The tower is 365 meters tall and offers six floors of retail and tourism. 온라인카지노
The main purpose of this tower is to operate as a broadcast antenna for radio and television. Antenna currently covers more than 100 stations and providers.
Like many other similar towers, this tower includes a museum, several restaurants, a food court, MICE facilities, a hotel, and an observatory.
Cynthia Chan, Head of Business Development at Create Design, said, “This investment deal includes the development of one of the best water sports and entertainment zones that can be developed as world-class standards at Lotus Tower in Colombo.”
