PEN Entertainment, Inc. announced that its wholly owned subsidiary PEN Sports Interactive, LLC has entered into a long-term and multifaceted partnership with Quail Hollow Club and Wells Fargo Championship ahead of the launch of regulated online sports betting in North Carolina. PEN secures market access for online sports betting platform ESPN BET in North Carolina, which is subject to regulatory approval under its agreement with Quail Hollow Club.
ESPN BET will also become the exclusive official betting operator for the Wells Fargo Championship, a PGA TOUR signature event held at Quail Hollow Club in Charlotte, N.C.
