‘K League International Youth Cup Incheon 2024’ to kick off on 28th

The K League International Youth Cup Incheon 2024 (the “Youth Cup”), which brings together youth clubs from K League clubs and prestigious clubs from overseas, will be held in Incheon, South Korea, for seven days starting on the 28th of this month.

The age of participation is U-17 (born on or after January 1, 2007), with six teams divided into groups A and B. Each team plays five group matches, with the winner of each group playing in the final.

Real Sociedad, FC Augsburg, Kashiwa Reysol, Suwon Samsung, Busan I-Park, and Incheon United are in Group A, while RCD Espanyol, Everton FC, Shandong Taishan, FC Seoul, Jeonbuk Hyundai, and Bupyeongo are in Group B. The tournament will be held on September 28 and October 1.

The group stage, which runs from September 28 to October 3, will be held at venues around Incheon, including the main and secondary stadiums of Incheon Munhak Stadium, Incheon Asiad Secondary Stadium, and Incheon United Football Center. The final, which will pit the top teams from Groups A and B against each other, will take place on October 4 at 1 p.m. at the Incheon Munhak Stadium main stadium.

Following the Youth Cup, the Federation will also host the 2024 K League Asia Youth Championship Jeju in October, featuring youth clubs from K League clubs and Asian clubs.
