Samsung Lions announced the list of players released

The Samsung Lions of the Korean baseball organization announced the list of players released after the final game of the regular season.

This season, he was limited to six games. Jung was selected in the seventh round (65th overall) of the second round of the 2020 Rookie Draft. He also did not make his debut with the first team, and in 130 games in the Futures League, he batted .265 (65-for-165) with two home runs, 27 RBI, 28 runs scored, one stolen base, and a .627 OPS. This season, he has struggled, going 1-for-14 with two doubles and one RBI in eight games with a .358 OPS.
