Konami Gaming Names Chris Rowe, Vice President, North American Sales

Konami Gaming Inc., a U.S.-based casino game maker, said it has appointed Chris Rowe, pictured, as vice president of gaming sales in North America. Shane Thompson said in a news release Wednesday that he has been promoted to director of sales, corporate accounts.

Mr Rowe is described as having more than 20 years of experience in the gaming industry, including Asia, Latin America, Europe and Africa.

He most recently worked as the managing director of Latin America at Arabistat Measure Ltd., an Australian slot machine manufacturer. For nearly five years, he was also the head of sales for Arabistat in the Asia-Pacific region.

Konami Gaming said on Wednesday that the two appointments were part of the expansion of its North American sales team. 동행복권파워볼

“In his new role, Chris Rowe is in charge of driving gaming sales growth in the U.S. and Canada,” Konami said. Rowe’s appointment went into effect this month.

The game supplier said Shane Thompson has been “an important part of Konami’s game sales team” since 2020. “My responsibility as a sales director is focused on managing and developing business relationships with major corporate casino organizations, along with our continued focus on Canada,” the company added.

The announcement quoted Jay Bertsch, Senior Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer of Konami Gaming, as saying, “Over the years, Chris Rowe has cultivated outstanding leadership skills to strengthen customer relationships and meet growth goals in a wide variety of global markets.”

Mr Bertsch added: “This senior management appointment, along with Shane Thompson’s promotion to sales, corporate account director, is an effort to further our continued commitment to the casino we serve.”

Konami Gaming is the U.S. headquarters of Konami Holdings Corp., Japan.
